Shipping & returns

In-stock orders ship within 24–48 business hours (same day for weekday orders before noon in most cases). Pre-orders ship as soon as received, at the earliest on release day.

• Colissimo home delivery — 24–48 h after shipping, tracked. Free from €120, otherwise €6.90.
• Mondial Relay — 3–5 business days, pickup point, €4.90.
• Hand pickup — free, by appointment in Paris.
• European Union — Colissimo international, 4–8 business days, €14.90, free from €250.
• International (Switzerland, UK, USA, Japan…) — 5–10 business days, €24.90. Charged excluding VAT (French VAT removed at checkout); import duties and taxes are payable by the recipient.

Every parcel is reinforced, with no TCG marking outside. Tracking numbers are emailed on shipping day; parcels travel at our risk until you receive them (lost or damaged parcels are refunded or re-shipped). Priority insured shipping (optional at checkout, price shown before payment): your order is packed and shipped first and the parcel is insured at its full value with the carrier — your rights are the same with or without it. You have 14 days after receipt to withdraw without reason; standard initial shipping is refunded, return costs are yours, and handling beyond what is needed to examine a product (opened booster, film removed) may reduce the refund.
